Individual Voice Lessons
Dr. Thomas teaches 45-minute and 60-minute individual voice lessons.
- A 45-minute voice lesson is $45.00.
- A 60-minute voice lesson is $60.00.
Alexander Technique and Voice
Voice students may study both voice and Alexander Technique.
- A 60-minute voice and Alexander Technique lesson is $60.00.
- A 90-minute voice and Alexander Technique lesson is $90.00.
Alexander Technique Individual Lessons
These lessons are for: voice students who belong to another voice studio or advanced, highly experienced singers who want to study Alexander Technique.
- An individual Alexander Technique lesson is 50 minutes.
- The fee is $60.00.
Lesson Commitment
The most advantageous way to study voice, Alexander Technique, or both is to have consistent, weekly lessons, which is the preferred method of training in the Viva Voce studio. Viva Voce only accepts students who schedule two, three, or four lessons of voice, voice and Alexander Technique, or Alexander Technique study a month. Students, who do not commit to weekly lessons, must acknowledge that vocal, musical, and Alexander Technique progress is slower, and the student must be more accountable for the progress of his/her instrument.
Viva Voce Student Age
The Viva Voce studio works with singers from the age of 12 on up.
Viva Voce Schedule
The Viva Voce studio is open Monday through Saturday with evening lessons offered Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Times are different for each day. Please contact Viva Voce for available openings.
